Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you love your items, but if you need to return or exchange an item we're happy to help. Please review our refund policy below.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Items must be in their original condition and unused to be eligible for return.
Personalised orders, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. Items that have been altered or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item(s), unfortunately, after 14 days we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Returned items must include all original packaging and tags, and be free from odors, and pet hair.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost unless item(s) is defective or incorrect. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect the item(s) and inform you of the approval or rejection of a full refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 days. Please note it may take your bank or credit card company time to process the refund.
In the unlikely event you received a damged of defective item please email us immediately at rebecca@darcyscarlett.com with a description of the issue and photographic evidence if possible. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return costs.
